Chalkidiki Residence

Our latest residential project in Nikiti is a collection of several new houses conceived as a summer residence for a private client. These include the main family dwelling, a house for guests and another which will be the owner’s office, each designed to be in keeping with the local architecture and to make the most of the fabulous location overlooking the sea. The houses are relatively simple in plan; the luxury lies in the quality of the materials and fabrics, from regional stone to textured natural fabrics and hand-woven rugs, as well as the integration of the latest technology. Connection with the outdoors is paramount – every window is a view and every door a seamless transition between indoors and outside.
